He is Co-Founder of R.E.A.P. Investigations with his wife, Kris Reap. He has worked extensively with both spiritualists and psychics to gain knowledge on calling the spirits for information.

Bill is a US Army veteran, a retired state correctional officer, and an ordained minister, and has worked in the broadcast and media fields.
